Purchasing a whole or half lamb - custom exempt harvest and butchered - is a great way of ensuring meat in your freezer and supporting our small farm. We harvest a small number of animals each year. Raised on pasture, local hay, and limited non-GMO feed, our lamb is Animal Welfare Certified by A Greener World.

A whole share includes:

• 2 leg of lamb

• 4 lamb shanks

• 2 packs of neck bones

• 8 1# packs of ground

• 2 lamb roasts

• 2 packs of sirloin chops

• 2 packs of rib chops

• 2 packs of riblets

• 4 packs of lamb steaks

• 1 pack of kidneys

• 1 bag soup bones

Whole lamb shares range in size from 30-50 pounds and can also be split with another customer. We charge $10.50/pound plus the cost of harvest (~$110/animal) and butcher (~$135/animal). For half shares, processing fees are also split. Your reservation fee will be deducted from the final cost.
