About the event
The colors of the plant world can be brought to a broad array of natural fiber fabrics, through plant dying. In this workshop you will be dying cotton and silk with Fall’s plant materials. Each person will dye at least, and one scarf length of silk, one apron, a set of 4 squares, 18” x18”. These can be bandanas, napkins, curtain starts, quilt squares or something else that you dream up! All these are included in you materials fee. There is a follow-up workshop offered on block printing, in case you want to bring further design to your dyed fabrics.
